registration

Registration is now open for the 23-24 school year. The center will be closed on the following dates.

  • September 9th - 11th: Labor Day Weekend

  • October 31st: Halloween

  • November 21st - 27th: Thanksgiving Break

  • December 17th- January 8th: Winter Break

  • January 16th: Martin Luther King Jr Day

  • March 13th - 19th: Spring Break

  • April 7th-9th: Good Friday and Easter Weekend

Students are able to join at any time during the semester if space permits. Waiting lists will be developed if capacity is reached.

SERVICES

The following services will be offered: (Additional information can be on the individual services pages)

  • Supplemental Small Group Classes (kinder-2nd) - These classes are limited to 3-4 students and will meet twice a week for 55 minutes each. Dates and times will be confirmed and will be dependent upon enrollment.

  • Private Tutoring (Reading/Math) - This private, 1-on-1 service is available for students in kinder-12th grade that are in need of tutoring (on grade level), intervention/remediation (below grade level), and enrichment (above grade level). This service can also be available in a semi-private class for families who would like to develop a group and share the cost/time slot. Students will need to be in the same grade level and/or working on similar levels.

  • Dyslexia Therapy - This private, 1-on-1 service is available for students with identified reading difficulties. A formal diagnosis is not required. This service can also be provided in a semi-private class for families who would like to develop a group and share the cost/time slot. Students will need to have similar needs.

assessments

All services include a private 1-on-1 diagnostic assessment to be used to create individual learning plans. Progress will be monitored throughout the semester. Assessments will be scheduled prior to the start of the semester.

health precautions

To ensure the safety of our students and staff, we will continue to follow the recommendations of the CDC and our local health officials. Students, families, and staff who are experiencing symptoms related to COVID-19 or have been exposed to individuals with symptoms or confirmed positive cases, will not be allowed in the center until it has been determined that they no longer pose a risk to others. We will continue to disinfect the facilities as well we practice social distance within the center and limit the number of individuals present.
